    I ate at Fish and Rice today for the first time, and will return. The freshest fish, together with unique and creative dishes will keep me coming back. My favourite was the colourful ceviche with several types of raw fish lightly marinaded with a citrus sauce. Tasty Crispy Salmon Chips in a lotus shaped fried wonton wrapper was artfully decorated.
