  Can't thank Fix Auto Pemberton enough. My vehicle was struck on the side and I frankly I dreaded all that would follow in getting repairs assessed. The staff at Fix were extremely professional. They were both kind and very skilled at doing the work. They changed my whole experience. Plus, my vehicle was immaculately detailed once I got it back. Many thanks.

  I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto Pemberton for repair after a collision, I decided upon this because my employer does business with Fix Auto Pemberton, I thought this would be a perfect place to go. When I picked up my vehicle I was appalled to discover that the work performed was amateur at best.

  The fresh paint had runs and body filler was applied so thick that it cracked within a week of picking it up. When I bought the vehicle back to be repaired, I was treated as if I was being unreasonable for expecting that my vehicle be returned in presentable condition and yelled at by the shop foreman, being told that this poor quality was "to be expected" despite paying for betterment to return the vehicle to factory condition. I gave them multiple opportunities to provide quality work and was left feeling belittled and unsatisfied. My vehicle still features paint runs, orange peel effect and paint overspray which the company refused to cover under their 'Lifetime Paint Warranty'.

  The experience of having our truck repaired at Fix Auto in Pemberton was definitely a 10 out of 10. Very happy with the excellent service and repairs that were done. Very friendly and efficient . Would always go back .
