Walked in the woman/server behind the counter was on her cell phone and continued her conversation for over a minute. Looked at the menu and when she was done she asked us if we had decided yet. So we told her what we wanted, she asked for here to go, and we wanted to eat it there. She then made a big deal about wanting to give us the whole solfeggio experience and told us to sit anywhere we wanted. We choose outside and she gave us the menu (after we already told her what we wanted) came back maybe 20+ minutes later to take our order.... Still hadn't changed out mind on what we wanted. The entire time she was chatting up with the chef obnoxiously loud. Food was pretty good, had some type of pulled pork sandwich. Very small portions so finished it in just a couple of minutes. Another couple came to sit outside too after we were done but she ignored us and took their order. Those poor people had to wait about 35-40 minutes for their food which was how long we waited for our bill! I was going to just leave because I didn't understand why I would spend any money on her quote "full solfeggio experience" but maybe that means poor service and a 2 hour dinner when you are in a hurry.. I would have probably went back if it wasn't for this young snobby server who thought she was just too good to be working there.
